Meeting Professionals International and International Association of Exhibitions and Events have formed a partnership in which The Meeting Professional magazine will feature articles and information from IAEE.
Starting in January, MPI will begin to distribute TMP to IAEE members as a full-digital, mobile-friendly edition. Throughout the year, the two associations will work closely together to develop content for TMP, relevant to the broader circulation and in conjunction with the magazine’s business and editorial objectives.
The IAEE quarterly insert replaces the IAEE Quarterly Newslines, which published its last installment in November.
IAEE marketing & communications VP Nicole Bowman said, "This is a special insert from IAEE to bring more awareness of the exhibition industry to meeting planners. It will also provide a unique perspective to meeting planners who are just beginning to addtrade shows and exhibitions to the job description to help them navigate new roles."
Bowman will oversee IAEE editorial contributions, and Rick Jennings with IAEE will sell ad space for the special insert.
Branding of the new insert will be "complementary to TMP while still distinguishing IAEE as a unique brand," Bowman said.
