A large majority of members join early in their careers, according to the Abila 2016 Member Engagement Study. These members are interested in job opportunities (34 percent), socializing (30 percent), and certifications (24 percent). But, associations say believe the top-3 member values for younger members are conferences (48 percent), networking (45 percent), and advocacy (38 percent).
